1-on-1 with our in-house dietitian

Talk to our in-house dietitian who knows Nigerian food.

For a diagnosis, a goal, or just a feeling that something is off. You leave with a personal Nigerian meal guide in your mail within 24 hours.

Not sure this is for you?

You might need a dietitian if…

A registered dietitian is qualified to talk about food and health, not just calories.
Most people book without a diagnosis. See how many of these you recognise.

You are tired by 3pm most days, and it is not sleep.

Your weight has not moved in months, whatever you change.

A test came back borderline and nobody told you what to eat.

You feel heavy or bloated after most meals.

You have cut out foods you love and seen no difference.

Everyone gives you different advice and none of it fits your kitchen.

Any one of these is worth a conversation. So is a feeling you cannot quite name.

Your dietitian

Who am I talking to?

A Registered Dietitian. Not a nutritionist, not a coach.

RD is a protected title. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. Nobody can call themselves an RD without the training, the supervised practice and the licence behind it.

RDWhat that licence lets them do
  • 01Read your lab results and build your food around them.
  • 02Work with your medication, not against it.
  • 03Know what rice, swallow and soup actually do to your numbers.
  • 04Say when something needs your doctor, not a meal plan.
